Criminal Lawyer
If you have been charged with any type of criminal offence then it is in your interests to seek legal advice from an experienced criminal lawyer.
Criminal Lawyer – Legal Aid
If you are, or think you are, eligible for Legal Aid, then you can make an application yourself, or we can assist you with that. Our criminal lawyers are on the relevant Legal Aid panels, however we cannot always guarantee that if you are granted Legal Aid you will have the option of retaining us – if there is a criminal lawyer employed by Legal Aid available to undertake your case, then they take precedence over your choice of lawyer.
Private Criminal Lawyer – Non-Legal Aid
If you are not eligible for Legal Aid, then please call us to discuss your matter so we can give you a clear idea going forward on whether you should consider pleading Guilty or Not Guilty, and what costs you will need to budget for if you choose to be represented (and we recommend in almost all cases that you do so).
Having an experienced criminal lawyer appear for you will ensure that you are given clear advice on whether the Prosecution case is strong enough to be likely to secure a conviction against you, to present your case in the best possible light, and to obtain the best possible outcome for you – whether that be an aquittal (a finding by the Court that the Prosecution has failed to prove your guilt), or as lenient a sentence as possible if you either plead guilty or are found guilty by the Court.
Our criminal lawyers have extensive experience in all types of criminal cases, and appear in all Courts within metropolitan Sydney.
